Ghanaian striker Kevin Yeboah is currently in Spain after contracting Covid-19 in Sturm Graz Europa League clash against Real Sociedad.
Yeboah, who has opted to play for Italy over Ghana missed the sides 1-1 stalemate at away in midweek due to Covid-19.
He did not return to Austria with his teammates and is expected to quarantined for 10 days in Spain.
“I take off my hat! The whole day was very difficult for the players. But you saw that the team has an outstanding cohesion. The situation wasn’t easy for us. In addition to the many defeats, there was also the Covid story of Kelvin Yeboah. To get a point at Real Sociedad in such a difficult phase makes me proud. ” Sturm Graz sports director Andreas Schicker said.
