Ghanaian Ansgar Knauff pops on the radar of Eintracht Frankfurt

German Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt have shown interest in Ghanaian forward Ansgar Knauff.

Frankfurt are keen to solve their goal-scoring woes in the ongoing season having scored only nine goals from 9 games. None of their players have scored more than two goals so far.

However, the team have decided to beef up their attacking options when the January transfer window opens with the Borussia Dortmund forward not an exception.

Footballghana.com understands Frankfurt are interested in signing the Ghanaian attacker on loan.

Frankfurt’s new sports director Markus Rösche is said to have already submitted a request to this effect in Dortmund.

The 19-year-old made his debut in the Bundesliga for Dortmund last season scoring a stupendous goal against Stuttgart.

He is eligible to play for the Ghana national team, Black Stars.
